Important Cancellation Terms for Dive Reservations

When planning an adventurous diving experience, it's essential to be aware of our cancellation policy. Unforeseen circumstances may arise that necessitate changes to your diving plans. Here's a breakdown of our cancellation policy for confirmed bookings to help you prepare and avoid unnecessary costs.

• Cancellation Fees Based on Arrival Time:

  • More than 1 week prior to arrival: 25% of the total price will be charged.
  • 3 to 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged.
  • Within 48 hours of arrival: 75% of the total price will be charged.
  • Within 24 hours of arrival: 100% of the total price will be charged.
  • No-show: 100% of the total price will be charged.
    
    

• Specific Conditions for Courses:For all course cancellations, there will be no refund of the fees already paid for activating the course materials. The good news is that the course materials remain active and accessible to the student, allowing you to continue the course at a later date.
  
  

• Exceptions and Early Termination:We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as flight delays or illness, may arise. In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule the activity if possible. However, cancellations due to medical reasons or at your own request after the start of a course or dive will result in the full cost being charged.

• Recommendation: Purchase Dive/Travel Insurance
  Given our strict cancellation policy, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive dive or travel insurance. Such insurance can provide financial protection in case of unforeseen circumstances and cancellations. It allows you to look forward to your diving adventure with peace of mind, knowing you're prepared for the unexpected.
